What was the highlight of Hotel San Michele
Would have been a 10 had it not been for the wifi quality
The location and facilities were amazing. To have a pool up in Anacapri was an advantage and the pool restaurant was great. Breakfast was nice too!
The wifi was kind of non-existent considering how essential it is today for everyday activity. So that is the reason I didn’t give it a 10 rating.

Our stay at the hotel was to celebrate a special birthday and apart from a couple of hitches we were delighted with our
The location and view from our room was staggeringly beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and was served in a dining room with wrap around views of the Bay of Naples. The pool area was extremely comfortable and the waiter service was impressive.
The lack of a working lift did unfortunately cause some difficulties as did some intermittent problems with the water supply.

Absolutely amazing views and location. Staff lovely.
The view was incredible and the old traditional decor stunning. Staff lovely and helpful.
I feel the pool area could be made much nicer and modernised a bit, and not give off the appearance of a public pool which unfortunately it is too. Phone service needs to be sorted out. I tried for days to book the shuttle but phone lines not working. For a hotel of that calibre it needs sorting out.

Amazing views en great location
Amazing views, and staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage. They offer a shuttle to the port but capacity and timing limited, so enquire in advance if you want to use the option. Very close to Anacapri centre and the bus stop, perfect for visiting Anacapri.
